My recent stay at Catalina was quite an experience, balancing luxury and value well. The hotel was beautifully furnished, making it quite inviting. The breakfast was a highlight, with freshly squeezed juices and a hot buffet that kept us fueled for our daily adventures. The outstanding staff, who went out of their way to make our anniversary memorable, were truly a boon. The bar area offered a fantastic view and great drinks, and the evening happy hour was a cozy touch. The heated swimming pool was delightful, though I had hoped for a clearer experience without the dust. While you can spend more on luxury elsewhere, Catalina provides a wonderful balance, especially for those like me who appreciate a well-rounded experience without the price tag of some of its competitors.
